Genesis 6-10
“And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth. And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.” Genesis 9:11-13
Dear God, thank You for the mercy that You showed Noah, for without it, none of us who have the privilege to serve Thee today would be here. Thank You that Thou art a merciful God and full of grace that You would choose to love and to use creatures such as us. Help me to live as Noah did that I might find the same grace that he did. Lord, I am truly an unprofitable servant and full of wickedness. Help me, through Thy word, to stand and to be true witness for Jesus Christ.
